E-CITY is a 24-hour Chinese entertainment channel on STARHUB CABLE TV featuring the latest trendy dramas starring the hottest names from Taiwan, Japan and Korea, popular Japanese animation series, and highly- rated Taiwanese variety shows presented by popular hosts. All programmes on E-CITY are first to premiere on Singapore 's TV screen.

To promote E-CITY during the Lunar New Year festive season (which coincides with Valentine’s Day in 2010), MOJO was commissioned by STARHUB to produce two conceptual idents. Characters in both idents are torn between spending the festive season with their families and spending the romantic day with their significant other.
E-CITY then comes into play to help in their decision-making, by bringing people together and demonstrate how viewers can indeed get the best of both worlds.

Apart from these two idents, MOJO also produced the graphics package and a generic ident for E-CITY.
