Swallows danced freely in the air with drifting petals from blossoming flowers, while an ox rested in the padi field after a day of hard work as dragonflies flew around it.
In the year of the cow, using elements of spring and the ox as the protagonist, MOJO was commissioned by MEDIACORP CHANNEL 8 to create a set of graphics template to usher in the LUNAR NEW YEAR of 2009. The approach was a new twist to traditional chinese paintings, by infusing fine graphical print patterns with bold chinese brush strokes.
